I am part of the turtle team

How was my first day? 

- Today is June 12th, so I have been at Espol for one month and one day. 

I remember it so vividly, haha.

I was late to my first class. I had Calculus at 9:00 am. I got there half past nine. 

It turned ou that the classroom was locked- there wasn't even a ghost there.

Well, long story short - I hadn't checked the virtual classroom, and when I did, I saw that the teacher had posted that he first week of classes would be held via Zoom.

So, I was late anyway because I had already missed an hour of class. I downloaded Zoom, went to the nearest study area I could find, and listened to the rest of the lesson. 

At the end, she said she would not be taking roll call that week. What's more, she explained that she would only be teaching us during the first week because she was about to go on maternity leave. In other words, she was pregnant at the time (not now—she has already given birth).

Then, I had Chemistry at 1:00 pm. I didn´t speak to anyone and no one spoke to me. The teacher was great. After class, I took the school bus and got home around 4:30 p.m.

Now, I have more acquaintances and even some friends, mostly from my group projects. I am doing okay.

And my grades are not bad, actually.  In fact, I am writing this instead of studying derivatives, haha. I haven't slept much lately, so I am going to bed early tonight to recharge my batteries.
