Saying Goodbye with Style 🎁

Tomorrow is my last day at the bakery, so I decided to buy some gifts for five people: Titi, Melanie, Jenny, Yuli, and Katy. They were nice to me—and super patient, too.

I didn’t go to La Paul. Instead, I went shopping at Gloria Saltos, Dipaso, Mirna, and Pycca to buy a few things. I ended up buying:

  • For Titi: a thermal bag, an artificial flower (since I heard she likes flowers), and a pair of butterfly earrings.

  • For Melanie: a mini portable fan (those trendy ones) and a lip gloss.

  • For Jenny: a mug and a pair of earrings.

  • For Yuli: a glass sugar bowl.

  • For Katy: a small perfume and a notebook.

When I got back, they had already eaten. My mom had made chicken stew—it was really good!

In the afternoon, I noticed the due date for my homework on My English Lab and Google Classroom was tomorrow at 11 a.m., so I had to finish it today. I s
tayed up late, but it’ll be worth it.

PS: Now I understand why people say shopping is addictive and time-consuming. I didn’t even notice until I was at the metro station that I had spent over two hours in the stores! Absolutely insane.

Anyway: Small Gifts, Big Thanks.
