No Class, Just Tarts: A Day in the Bakery Life
As usual, I woke up at 6 o’clock. My sister drove me to the bakery, where I filled 185 mini lemon tarts.
In addition to that, I separated some of the chocolate ones, put them in the oven, and then brushed them with chocolate. Normally, the mini tarts are used for caramel tarts, so I filled them with caramel sauce using a piping bag, added 56% ganache, and placed them in the freezer. Later, Jenny took them out and decorated them.
Titi was at the station too, and she was in charge of the loaf cakes and mini cakes. Afterwards, she made a sponge cake for the Easter eggs. Soon, the bakery will be full of eggs since Easter is coming. Sadly, I won’t be there when that happens.
Since there were no classes at the Cen today, I just took bus route 70 to get home.
Pdta: Entre las tartas de limón y de caramelo, ¿podrías adivinar cuál es mi favorita? ¿Y cuál sería la tuya?/And which one would you pick? 👀
If you’ve been reading my previous posts, you probably already know 😏
