My perfect score

Quiz: Tuesday, March 18th, 2025.

Today: Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.

Today, I got the results from my mid-test, which covered Units 7 and 8 of the book. 

I got 50 out of 50. A perfect score! The teacher congratulated me - claro que yes.

Also, today was the first verb quiz. The teacher dictated 15 verbs, and we had to write them in their base form, past, past participle, and translation. The verbs that were new to me were rub which means to massage, and sandpaper which means to sand. Out of 50 verbs, he had to dictate 15.

Later, the teacher handed out the papers randomly, and he made us count the mistakes from our classmates' work, so he just added the grade afterward. It was quick.  I got 1.5/1.5

By the way, since I arrived late to the Cen the other day, I made a decision: I'm no longer going to eat near the bakery—even though I loved that place, it’s just too risky for my punctuality. So now, I’m having lunch at a restaurant close to the Cen. The food is amazing, and I actually like the portions here more than the ones over there.

Their best dish is the baked chicken, but today it wasn’t on the menu, so I went with shrimp sango/sango de camarón instead. It was really good!

Pdta: El sango de camarón estaba rico pero no lo volvería a pedir. Solo tenía 4 camarones.
