Cinnamon
Yesterday, my mom brought home imported oranges from the grocery store, which are so delicious and smell amazing. I couldn’t resist, so today I made cinnamon rolls with orange zest. I started preparing them at noon, and para el té de las 5, they were ready. Although I think next time I’ll use less cinnamon because it overpowered the orange flavor a bit, there were still some subtle notes of orange essence. They turned out fluffy and caramelized. I made half of the recipe, so I ended up with seven cinnamon rolls, but as I’m writing this post, there’s not a single one left.
Pdta 1: Estas naranjas no se parecen en nada a las de Ecuador; las dos me gustan pero en cuanto a la ralladura, la importada es mi favorita.
